Representation of the Homeowner’s Association of a gated golf community against the developer for defects in the construction of community roadways. After a three-week jury trial, the jury awarded every dollar requested. The Court rendered judgment in favor of the HOA for $8.7M. The judgment was affirmed on appeal by the Fifth District Court.

Investigated, developed and prosecuted the Theme Park Owner's multiple errors and omissions claims arising from the construction of cutting-edge attractions throughout the park. Claims made against OCIP held by Lloyds of London. The claims were successfully resolved after an omnibus mediation of all claims.

Initiated and prosecuted litigation in the U.S. Federal Court on behalf of the Theme Park Owner against a terminated General Contractor on a $1B Entertainment Complex. Owner's claims against the Contractor totaled in excess of $12M. The matter was successfully resolved.

Defended and prosecuted the thematic facade and light gauge metal Subcontractor's claims against the Owner.
Obtained a summary judgment in favor of the Owner on lien foreclosure. Conducted a trial upon the Owner's claims against the Contractor for fraudulent lien and attorneys fees. Obtained judgment in favor of client for over $1M for fraudulent lien.

Representation of multiple subcontractors in litigation against Orange County and Morse Diesel Joint Venture for claims arising out of the construction of the Orange County Courthouse. Represented clients included the interior systems (acoustical tile, drywall, access panel, FRP) subcontractor. Prosecuted Client's claim in excess of $4.2M and defended counterclaim by Morse Diesel in excess of $3.5M.
Included preparation and participation in omnibus mediation among Orange County, Morse Diesel Joint Venture and in excess of 15 subcontractors. The matter was successfully resolved.

Prosecution of Claim in excess of $1M for speciality Contractor relating to the design and installation of MLB hydraulics, and pressurized tubing for nitrogen, helium, oxygen and ground cooling for the GDSO Mobile Launcher Ground Installation Project at John F. Kennedy Space Center. Federal Court Litigation. The matter was successfully resolved.
